Section 13 - Picking up and dropping people

The can't take other people rule is not listed in the check taking rulebook.

Check an actor taking an awake person:

say "[The noun] [do] not wish to be picked up.";

stop the action.

Check an actor taking a person:

if the actor is not strong:

say "[The actor] [are] not strong enough to carry [the noun].";

stop the action.

Persuasion rule for asking a person to try taking a person:

persuasion fails.

Carry out an actor taking a person:

now the noun is carried by the actor.
